2.1. Your order, along with these Terms and Conditions, our Website Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us for the supply of our products on a retail basis. No other terms and conditions will apply.

2.2. Terms and conditions applicable to any wholesale supply will be governed by the Wholesale Agreement and Wholesale Terms and Conditions we enter into with you.

3. Variation

3.1. No changes to this Agreement may be made without our written consent.

3.2. We reserve the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review the latest version of this Agreement on our website before making a purchase.

4. General Disclaimer

4.1. We strive to ensure that the content on our website is accurate, including pricing, specifications, product information, and availability. However, these details are subject to change without notice. Pricing and availability are confirmed at the time your order is placed.

4.2. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you and arrange a full or partial refund if necessary. We are not liable for any losses resulting from delays in processing your refund.

4.3. We are not liable for any loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.4. Products labelled as organic comply with the Global Organic Textile Standard. Information provided about organic materials is for informational purposes only.

5. Currency Conversion, Gift Cards, and Promotions

5.1. Currency Conversion: Prices are listed in AUD unless another currency is selected. Currency conversions are estimates only. Final prices will be confirmed at checkout, and you accept any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations.

5.2. Gift Cards: Valid for 12 months from purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry will be forfeited.

5.3. Promotions: Offers, vouchers, or coupon codes are subject to validity and terms specified at the time of issue. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively and may not be used with other offers unless stated. Codes are non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Promotional offers are subject to change without notice.

6. Colours and Sizing

6.1. Colour accuracy may vary due to different computer screens and monitors. Variations in colour from the displayed image do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

6.2. Size charts are for guidance only. For accurate sizing information, refer to our Sizing Guide. Our clothing is designed for growth.

6.3. For incorrect sizes or change of mind, please follow our returns procedure. Refunds are not available for incorrect sizes or change of mind; store credit will be issued.

7. Multiple Orders

7.1. Orders of multiple items for the purpose of returning items or for resale may be subject to a 25% administration fee or may be rejected. We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are purchased for resale purposes.

7.2. We may cancel multiple item orders at our discretion before fulfilment and will only refund the amount paid for the order.

8. Shipping

8.1. Shipping costs are additional and will be calculated at checkout.

8.2. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

8.3. Risk of loss passes to you upon postage. We are not liable for lost orders.

8.4. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery details or unauthorized delivery acceptance. Undelivered orders will be refunded minus shipping and warehousing costs.

8.5. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party services or circumstances beyond our control.

8.6. Shipping within Australia:

• Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
• Delivery times are typically 5-10 business days, depending on location and delivery method.

8.7. International Shipping:

• Orders are shipped via standard international mail.
• Delivery times range from 5-25 business days.
• You are responsible for any import taxes and duties.

8.8. Shipping Costs: Shipping cost estimates on our website are subject to the terms of this Agreement.

8.9. Investigation into Lost Items: Contact us if you believe your order is lost. We will assist with an investigation if appropriate, but this is subject to the courier's timelines and is out of our control.

9. Warranties and Refunds

9.1. We do not offer refunds except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are only available for defective products. Store credit will be issued for other returns.

9.2. Our products come with warranties as required by Australian Consumer Law.

9.3. Contact us within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your item. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

9.4. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the item is faulty.

10. Returns

10.1. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition with all labels and tags attached. They must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and free of marks.
• Odour-free and free of pet hair.

10.1.2. Returned items not meeting these conditions may incur a cleaning fee.

10.1.3. Returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing are accepted within 30 days with tags attached. Store credit will be issued.

10.2. Mystery bags, outlet sales, and heavily discounted items are final and not eligible for returns or refunds. Items purchased from stockists must be returned to the original store.

10.3.2. Complete the form and indicate whether you are requesting store credit or a refund. Refunds are only for defective items.
10.3.3. Send the item with the completed form to the address provided. Package the item securely to prevent damage.

10.4. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Risk remains with you until we receive the item.

10.5. Returns must be received within 30 days of order receipt.

10.5. If accepted, returns may be exchanged or credited. Store credits must be used within 12 months.

10.6. You are responsible for shipping and insurance costs of exchanged items.

10.7. We may reject returns if:

• The return procedure is not followed.

11. Liability

14.3. Waiver: Failure to enforce any term does not waive that term or affect our right to enforce it later.
