At Duper DuDu, we use only the finest organic materials that are gentle on your baby’s delicate skin. Our clothes are crafted from certified organic cotton, which is soft, breathable, and free from harsh chemicals and pesticides. We prioritise comfort and safety while being kind to the planet
Q2: “How do I care for my Duper DuDu baby clothes?"
To ensure the longevity and softness of our garments, we recommend washing them in cold water with a gentle, eco-friendly detergent. Please avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals and hang to dry in the shade to maintain the integrity of the fabric.
Q3: “What is your return and exchange policy?"
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please ensure it is in its original condition, unwashed and with all tags attached. For more details, refer to our Return and Exchange Policy
Q4: “How do I receive a store credit?"
Once we have assessed your return and accepted the item, we will issue you a store credit equal to the value of the item paid (excluding any shipping costs). Store credits must be used within 12 months of issue. More information can be found on our Return and Exchange Policy
Q5: “Do you offer international shipping?"
Currently, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand. We’re excited to expand to more international destinations in the future, so stay tuned for updates! In the meantime, we’re happy to deliver our organic baby clothes to our local and Kiwi friends.

We’re committed to sustainability. Our packaging includes recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable materials. Our paper wraps, thank you cards, and satchels are all designed to minimise environmental impact. You can read more on our Sustainability page.
Q7: “Can I track my order?"
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey to you.
Q8: “Do you offer gift options?"
Currently, we do not offer gift boxes. However, our beautiful, eco-friendly packaging makes every order feel special.
