Hi, I’m Irene, the founder of Duper DuDu and a Registered NICU Nurse (RN) based in Sydney, Australia.

Spending countless hours in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), I saw a problem that broke my heart daily. Families would bring in adorable outfits for their little miracles, only to find they couldn't use them. Standard baby clothes were too big, scratchy, and worst of all, they blocked access for life-saving medical wires and feeding tubes.

I watched parents struggle to dress their 1kg micro-preemies, often having to undress them completely just to check a monitor. I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s when I created Duper DuDu—Australia’s first NICU-adaptive baby clothing brand designed by a Nurse.
